Early Foundations

EFD

15mos-kindergarten: The "Early Foundations" program under the IGSE accreditation is designed to nurture the developmental milestones of children aged 15 months to 5 years. This critical stage encompasses a rapid growth period where children develop key skills that form the basis of their lifelong learning journey. The program's goals are strategically aligned with the developmental capabilities of this age group.

Developmental Overview

For the age group of 15 months to 5 years, the program recognizes the varied pace at which children develop and focuses on holistic growth. In the earliest phase (15-24 months), the emphasis is on the burgeoning of motor skills and the emergence of self-regulation and basic social interaction. As children approach 3 years, they become more adept at expressing emotions and engage in more complex play, signaling the growth of social-emotional skills. By ages 4-5, children are refining these skills, preparing for more structured learning environments.
